Who are we?

Hello, we are Ron and Melissa, a husband and wife pitmaster catering team. We have 13 years experience in smoking meats and
barbecuing. There's nothing we enjoy more than throwing some prime cuts on the smoker on the weekend for friends and family!

We love entering BBQ competitions and we now have three first place trophies and a third place trophy from the last 4 years of competing.
